All products/softwares available on the Website are downloadable. Hence, refunds for product(s) purchased will be provided only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- Request for refund is made within 48 hours after product purchase.
- Product cannot be properly installed on your PhpFox site. This means that both you and the PhpFoxExpert staff are unable to install the product properly on your PhpFoxExpert site using the FTP, database access and site admin details of your PhpFoxExpert site.
- Problems or errors faced in product installation are not caused by any modifications made to PhpFoxExpert or another related product/plugin on your site.
