We will accept returns and exchanges on defective merchandise within 30 days. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must include all items in original condition with packaging. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the order date. All returns and exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). To obtain one, please contact us. If you received a defective, wrong or broken item please contact us immediately with all items and packaging intact. Photos will be required. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise noted. SHIPPING: Our offices are open 8am-3pm PST Monday through Friday. Order are processed within 1-2 business days. Any orders, questions or offers placed after 12pm PST or during non-operational hours will be processed the following business day, (excluding holidays.) Our Free standard shipping items are first sent through a DHL sorting facility before final delivery with USPS. Please be advised that all estimated delivery dates by eBay do not reflect actual carrier shipping times. Our standard post orders can take up to 3-12 business days to deliver. We cannot control shipment carrier times or delays. If you need faster shipping please purchase expedited shipping at checkout. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WARNING: International Orders ship with tracking confirmation and we will use one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS or DHL Global Mail. Economy/USPS First class packages are sent with a DHL Global Mail provider. Packages can take up to 45 days for delivery due to customs and USPS transit times. A package cannot be considered lost until the 45 day transit period. We cannot control shipment times or delays, especially during severe weather conditions or peak seasons. Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders. If you received a wrong or broken item please contact us immediately. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees and return shipping costs, no exceptions. If you do not receive your package within 45 days please contact us and we will help you to resolve the issue.
